PIA AdministratorUp to £28,000 DOEFully remote role - otherwise can also work out of an office in Edinburgh if desiredWe are looking for an experienced PIA Administrator for a permanent role with our leading client within the telecoms sector. Applicants must be experienced in the role of PIA Admin and have the required ISP experience.Main duties will include raising NOIS, updating Trackers, tracking Viability NA, raising missing inventory, submit build and complete evidence once checks have been completed, editing NOIs, submitting SPO evidence, monitoring Mapall, and raising NAs accordingto incoming requests.Other key responsibilities include:• Working with the PIA Manager and PIA Team Leader / Supervisor to ensure all areas of the business are PIA compliant• Coordinating with the PIA Compliance Manager for general administration-based tasks• Carry out PIA administrative tasks - NOIs, Build & Completes, Lead Ins, Whereabouts, Missing Inventory, Network Adjustments• Be responsible for the tracking and wider distribution of all B&C stage NOIs edit, NA’s, SPOs, MIs, Whereabouts• Be responsible for the tracking MapAll A55s• Be responsible for Openreach approved NAs amendment• Be responsible for the tracking Openreach KCIs & updating PIA Live tracker• Communicate between multiple teams to ensure an efficient PIA journey is in place• Following up on queries/requests, ensuring deadlines and timeframes are adhered to• Submitting evidence to Openreach• Knowledge of the Openreach Portal• Ability to work reactively and at high demand• Good time management with the ability to work to deadlines• Understand the data capture process.• Knowledge of whereabout format to be sent to OpenreachApplications will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
