This may include the following shifts patterns; 22:00-08:30 or 22:00-07:00. Your role may include supporting people with personal care and medication, to manage their money, maintain their home and mealtimes, as well as support to attend activities, meet up with friends and getout and about in the local community.Here is a little bit about some of the people you might be supporting enjoy doing:Millie requires support with her bedtime routine which includes personal care and medication. Marie isnt able to move independently and requires support to transition via a hoist. Overnight Millie needs support to move position every hour, as well as, supportto set up and monitor her PEG feed. In the morning Marie needs support to get ready for school which includes support with personal care, medication, breakfast and getting organised for the day.The responder services provides support to 7 young people who all live within the same block of flats. The level of support varies from adhoc support in response to a situation, check in support via text or in person to safeguarding support.That is why these people needs you!
