Job Description

People Team Administrator Location: Edinburgh / HybridSalary: £23,650 - £24,374 per annum (£12.13 - £12.50 per hour equivalent)If you are looking for a rewarding career and to work within an epic team that will help you grow and thrive, then you have come to the right place.   • Responding to mailbox enquires
  • Arranging training & induction events and activities
  • Liaising with the Learning and Development manager to provide a comprehensive service of development and support for staff.
  • Ensure that the information systems which are required to support effective planning and delivery of training programmes, such as databases and learning management systems, are regularly monitored and kept up to date.
  • Supporting staff with enquiries and guidance on using the systems.
This role will be hybrid working, between the organisations Head Office (Norton Park, Edinburgh), and home working.Skills and Experience For this role you will need to have:
  • Some experience of general office administration duties and supporting teams (Preferably in a similar environment)
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver to deadlines and excellent communication skills.
  • An interest in Learning and Development (Would be an advantage)
