Job Description

Do you want to work for an organisation that will be offering a hybrid role of part working from home and the officeAre you an experienced Pensions Administrator who is looking to move away from "day-to-day" admin and develop your career further as a Transition Analyst within a Pensions Implementation team Is this you, please read on and apply.You will be working within a team responsible for delivering a high quality implementation service for new clients and efficiency projects for existing clients. This will include

  • Adhering to team standards, using best practices, and ensuring project assurance criteria and audit requirements.
  • Working closely with all teams to ensure work progresses seamlessly through to completion.
  • Analysis and interpret scheme rules and actuarial instructions and the production of benefit and calculation specifications.
  • Produce test matrices together with test cases and conduct thorough testing of all automated routines in accordance with testing protocols across all scenarios.
  • Analyse and create operational processes and procedures
  • Work with data implementer to provide solutions for data load where non -standard items inherited to support automation.
  • Create and develop bespoke functionality in line with system specifications
  • Peer review and ensure own work is peer reviewed as appropriate.
  • You will already possess extensive pension’s experience that includes strong pensions scheme rules and calculations knowledge, coupled with excellent Excel skills including Pivot tables etc.Additionally, the client is seeking someone who possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills, together with the ability to work productively and take responsibility for quality of own work and using their initiativeOffering an excellent and comprehensive remuneration package while taking into consideration aspects such a flexible working and factors key to a good work life balance.
