Job Description

Were now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible.Enhance customer relationships with your knowledge as a Pensions Administrator:We are looking for a Pensions Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day affairs of a groups pension/retirement program including choosing and administering plan types, record keeping, valuation/reconciliation, various testing/analysis, and required reporting.   • Maintain and validate plan records to include census, contributions, claims, reimbursements, investments, insurance and other plan data
  • Provide ongoing valuation, calculation and reconciliation of trust assets for the plan
  • Perform various plan testing to include qualification, discrimination (ADP/ACP) and stress testing to assure participant qualification
  • Prepare pension plan reports in accordance with regulatory, legal, accounting and organizational requirements
  • Provide high level of customer service to pension plan participants and service providers
  • What were looking for:
  • Experience in third party Pensions Administration with DB Pensions Schemes is essential
  • Experience in customer services
  • Excellent numeracy skills with a GCSE C or above in Maths or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to achieve targets and work towards deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
