Job Description

Join Our Clients Team as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator!Location: Edinburgh WestHours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmSalary: £26,000-33,000 (dependent on experience)Benefits: Hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 in office), 35 days holiday (increasing to 40!), pension scheme, flexitime, and much more!Are you a meticulous professional with a passion for payrollWere looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our clients team in the West of Edinburgh!This is an exciting opportunity to be the driving force behind our clients efficient payroll, benefits, and pension processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing top-notch customer service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for pay, pensions, and benefits queries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile monthly payrolls accurately, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
  • Process and administer familial leave, post-payroll payments, and manage interactions with Debt Collection agencies.
  • Lead monthly expenses, overtime, and on-call payment checks to ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
  • Support the administration of company pension schemes, including auto-enrolment and monthly contribution reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and administer a range of corporate and flexible benefits schemes, ensuring accuracy in HR/Payroll System.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in payroll administration.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills to handle queries and liaise with various teams.
  • Knowledge of pension administration and salary exchange schemes.
