Job Title: Patent Litigation Senior AssociateLocation: EdinburghSalary: £150,000+A leading multinational law firm is currently looking for a talented Intellectual Property Solicitor with a background in patent litigation to join their widely recognised team at Senior Associate level. This firm has offices across the globe, equippingthem with a strong global reach that enables them to assist clients with their legal needs, wherever they are in the world. The firm prides themselves on their practical and innovative approach to helping their clients succeed by providing bespoke solutionsthat fit with their unique needs.The successful candidate will have 6-10+ years PQE and strong technology and/or industrials sector experience, ideally gained working in a global setting, with experience of multi-jurisdictional patent litigation. You will be working closely with the teamsreputable UK Partners as well with Partners and colleagues working in other jurisdictions around the world. Your work will be varied and will include, but not be limited to, patent disputes including UK litigation and ADR, patent advisory work, patent transactions,and patent related corporate support. The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background and several years experience practising as a patent litigation solicitor or patent attorney with extensive advocacy experience.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Intellectual Property Solicitor with a background in patent litigation to join a supportive team at a globally recognised law firm.
