Job Description

  • Senior Partner Channel Manager(Mixed Reality/Metaverse)
  • Salary £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
  • Initial contract until December 2022potential to extend to a full 18 months
  • Fully remote based role

This is your chanceto drive impact and to be able to say that you were there when it all started.This role is a Senior Channel Management position with a high level of autonomy to be creative in driving your business goals. You will be reporting to a senior director who will help you to grow and learn in this role. You will get towork at the very HEART of our EMEA mixed-reality business. While this company is a Tech Giant this area of the business is in start-up mode so its fast-moving, fun and you will have the freedom to flourish as partner channel manager.If you are looking to take on a new and exciting challenge in your career this is a role that will give you that in spades!Key Duties will include:
  • Regular meetings/calls with key partners checking in to see if they have what they need to successfully sell the products including:Demo devices, ability to set up demos, good website, presentation etc..
  • Pipeline Reviews: understand deals in partners pipelines and provide them support in to progress deals to closurepricing, connecting them to our specialist sales team for larger deals etc.
  • Partner support on follow-up: Following regular meetings with partners ensuring you follow up each agreed task to completion to ensure you are supporting the partner to drive business. Pulling our solution sales team into large partnerdeals where needed, engaging our engineering team to support, working closely with operations to ensure that the partner business is running smoothly.
  • Partner Business Reporting: Working with all of our key partners and the operations team to ensure that all partner sales reports that are submitted are of a high-quality and are fully accurate.
  • Partner Training and Engagement: Set up partner training calls, sharing best practices from across our European sales team on how and where partners should be hunting for deals and how they can better qualify and close opportunities. Makingsure that our partners know about all the programs and support that we can provide in helping partners close dealstechnical, demo devices etc.
  • Support Monthly Demand Planning: The sales team provide a monthly sales forecast for our production team to ensure that we are producing enough devices to satisfy customer demand. To support that, the channel manager will be required tohave a sales forecasting process in place with key distributor and reseller partners to ensure that partner demand is accounted for in our demand planning process.
  • Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: In close partnership with our distributer partners identify, recruit and own the end to end processes required to onboard high quality new partners to sell Mixed Reality solutions to our customers acrossEurope.
Ideal candidate background
  • Minimum 5 years experience within Salesyou will need to have bags of energy and be driven by results
  • If you have experience of working with resellers or partner distributors of hardware this would be amazing

  • Efficiency / productivity / organisation
  • If you speak fluent German or French this is a bonus
