Job Description

Robert Half are currently working with a reputable organisation with offices in Edinburgh in the recruitment of a part-time Management Accountant to join their busy team.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant looking for career development.PLEASE NOTE: this is a part-time role, 20 hours a weekWorking alongside the Financial Controller, this role would consist of the following duties:

  • Posting of journals
  • Accounts reconciliations
  • Daily banking
  • Processing of sales and purchase invoices
  • Maintain Fixed Assets Registrar
  • Assisting in managing production of management accounts
  • Assisting with budgeting
Profile
  • Previous experience in a finance assistant role essential (2+ years)
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent problem solver
