Join Our Clients Dynamic Team as a Business Support Administrator in Edinburgh City Centre!Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for providing top-notch support in a professional environmentDo you thrive in a job share setting and value work-life balance If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Position: Business Support AdministratorLocation: Edinburgh City CentreHours: 20 hours per week (Wed, Thurs, Fri)Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experienceKey Responsibilities:Corporate Support:

  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence for Senior Associate Directors and their teams.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in minute-taking.
  • Handle Outlook diaries, respond to urgent correspondence on behalf of team members.
  • Provide support to the Director during the job share partners absence.
General Support:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in producing PowerPoint presentations and formatting documents with precision.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required.
Reception Support:
  • Ensure meeting rooms are equipped and set up for external meetings in a timely manner.
  • Welcome visitors professionally and handle overflow calls with a friendly and efficient approach.
This role requires excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet demanding deadlines. Effective interpersonal skills are crucial for establishing and maintaining relationships with colleagues, key contacts, and suppliers.The successful candidate will also be expected to cover for team members when they are absent, showcasing adaptability and competence.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Competence in handling complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Experience working with senior professional staff is a plus.
