Job Description

Paraplanner - Edinburgh - Flexible working available - Leading Investment Management Organisation - Salary negotiable up to £50,000, plus up to 20% Bonus and Benefits A well respected and influential Investment Management Organisation currently has a requirement for an experienced Paraplanner to join their established Financial Planning division in their busy Edinburgh office.The company are highly respected in their sector and are in a great place right now having just posted record figures despite the issues 2020 brought everyone. Their Financial Planning team is an extremely important division within the business and is seenas a key area of growth for the next 10 years.You will be tasked with providing technical support to a team of Chartered Financial Planners including research and report writing services. You will be supported by an administrative team which will allow you to focus on technical work. The team specialisein providing full financial planning advice and services to HNW individuals.Requirements:

  • Candidates must have the ability to be able to complete bespoke, compliant suitability reports and research the most suitable products for clients on behalf of Senior Financial Planners of whom you would be working closely with. Working under pressure andwithin tight deadlines is a necessity within this role.
  • Our client works solely with HNW individuals so a background of dealing with this type of client would be considered an advantage. Candidates should be qualified to DipPFS level and should have a strong knowledge of all financial services. .
