With the relentlesspace of technology change our teams advise clients in areas such as process and digitalisation, business performance and financial reporting, while building enduring relationships that positions Mazars as a trusted adviser. Our successful team of more than250 professionals is growing across all areas including cloud accounting, payroll, financial reporting and company secretarial.About the role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful Outsourcing team, where you will be responsible for portfolio delivery and development of outsourcing business.
  • Youll manage a portfolio of privately owned clients and ensure the provision of the highest quality outsourced finance function, building strong and enduring relationships with key clients as part of key account management.
  • Inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver excellent levels of client service, receive positive client feedback
  • Work with new prospects to understand their requirements and to prepare proposals for new business.
  • To build relationships with existing clients in order to identify opportunities to pitch for new work.
  • Work with other departments (e.g. tax, corporate finance and MFP) to ensure all of Mazars services are strongly coordinated and opportunities identified.
What are we looking for
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of clients ensuring the provision of the highest quality outsourced finance function
  • Experience of building strong and enduring relationships with key clients as part of key account management
  • Experience of reviewing the work produced by the team on a monthly/quarterly basis and ensure it is of the highest quality and that learning points for the team are actioned
  • Experience of business process improvement
  • Experience of business development either direct to market or through intermediaries.
  • A clear understanding and experience of analysis and advisory skills required by high growth and privately owned businesses.
