Location: Midlothian - it is essential that you have a car, the office is not accessible by public transport.Key Responsibilities
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks including processing payments, managing invoices, and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Manage office operations such as post distribution, IT systems, HR procedures, and property compliance.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
