Could you be our clients next Office Administrator This developer of clean renewable fuels has a new role open to provide varied support across the business at their Edinburgh office.Its a great chance to join a positive and friendly team as they expand in their mission to wean the country off fossil fuels.Office Administrator93 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 3ESFull Time, Permanent£11,115-£12,600 (£18,525-£21,000 FTE)Tue-Thu, 22.5 hours per weekPlease Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UKOur client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a world-leading data and geospatial software company, accelerating energy transition by locating, developing and operating geo-energy and green hydrogen projects.They need an Office Administrator to support its expanding team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to the management team.About the RoleYou will work with all departments supporting in areas of procurement, building and contract maintenance, health and safety and finance. Ultimately you will ensure the smooth running of the office daily and provide administrative support where required.As Office Administrator, you would be responsible for:

  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • Reconciliation of senior staff travel expenses.
  • Meeting coordination / room booking.
  • Ordering and managing the delivery of all stationery, consumables and refreshments at the office.
  • Day-to-day support with general office administration, including maintaining office supplies, miscellaneous office purchases, printer toners.
  • General photocopying, filing, shredding and other office management tasks as required.
  • Co-ordinating outgoing mailings and distribute incoming post.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required by the role.

Experience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office package with experience in Excel an advantage.
  • Full valid driving license.
  • Ideally, previous office or administration experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2:1 degree in a business-related subject or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 A-C grades at A Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 9 A-C grades at GCSE & and above or equivalent
