Job Description

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for Network & Systems Analyst for our public sector client in Edinburgh. A hybrid pattern of working at home and on site will be available due to the nature of the role.This role will fulfil several technical hands-on activities relating to systems and networks - ensuring systems are maintained and patched, configured securely and managed according to organisation quality standards.Duties Include:

  • Providing 3rd line technical support to address issues/problems in the operation of organisation infrastructure
  • Providing on-site technical support to augment support analysts when required.
  • Lead or participate in Infrastructure implementation projects
  • Participate in the implementation of infrastructure in support of other organisation business systems and/or projects
  • Undertake management of site based infrastructure and/or data centre infrastructure
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • HP Aruba Switches / Wi-Fi and Cisco Firewall configuration and support
  • Network infrastructure management through Airwave / Clearpass / Firesight management centre
  • Multi-site WAN experience MPLS / SD-WAN
  • Proven experience of supporting Network and
  • WAN infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of current cyber security principals, cyber security plus accreditation
