This is a regulated role and the successful candidate must hold a full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of self build mortgages, and navigating clients needs to secure the most appropriate lending solutions for their development projects. You will also be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professionalservice to your clients, from start to finish, ensuring that they are able to make informed decisions and receive the best possible deal.The role will require you to have a good understanding of the self build mortgage products and have an in-depth knowledge of the different types of mortgages available.
