Location:TSB Edinburgh (Hanover St) and Leith (Leith Walk) - based from both depending on needHourly Rate:£10.25 + Holiday payLength of contract:8 monthsHello. By going the extra mile, building a great relationship, and adding that personal touch and making them feel that TSB is the only bank for them.A background in financial services or banking isnt essential. All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a flair for understanding what they need and identifying the best way to support them. Oh, and a real desire to help by answering questions, sorting out problems and recommending different services or products. And, if youre great at juggling the necessary admin with time spent dealing with customers and dont mind working Saturdays, youve got exactly what were looking for.Shift patterns- Were a retail bank, so we do need some flexibility from our partners; our branch is open 6 days a week, and youll work 35 hours per week over 5 days.
