Job Description

Were seeking a dedicated Mechanical Manager to lead our dynamic site-based team, ensuring optimal mechanical service delivery for the water department and pressure systems. If youre passionate about creating a safe and efficient healthcare environment,this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planned maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and industry standards.
  • Manage reactive works promptly, meeting Service Level Agreements and maintaining high-performance standards.
  • Champion Health and Safety, delivering Toolbox Talks, and addressing HR matters within the team.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide technical input to the Project Team and keep abreast of asset lifecycle requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • City & Guilds Certificate in Legionella and relevant risk assessment expertise.
  • Previous experience in water hygiene management and knowledge of L8, HSG274, and HTM04-01.
  • Minimum 5 years of legionella risk assessment/management audit experience.
  • Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or building services within a Healthcare environment.
  • Mechanical AP status with Gas Manager experience and relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and organizational skills.
