Job Description

Materials ControllerLocation: EdinburghWorking arrangements: Full time, Temp role: 12 monthsPay rate: £12.99 per hourJob detailsA super opportunity to work for one of the global leaders in the Aerospace, Defence and Security industry with full training provided.What benefits can you expect

What does the role involve
  • Raising and managing manufacturing work orders and maintain accurate data in the SAP system
  • Be responsible for ensuring materials in the pipeline are at a satisfactory build standard, within required time frames
  • Control customer returns, engaging with internal stakeholders
  • Delivery of kits, to and from shop floor & manage rework orders
  • Complete Scrap tickets and Support monthly Work-In-Progress Counts
Whats required from you
  • No previous experience is required as training will be provided, but experience working in a similar role would be beneficial
  • To be a good team player and have strong communication and organisation skills
  • Previous knowledge/experience of SAP system would be desirable
  • Experience of Manufacturing Resource Planning would also be beneficial
