Marketing Executive - Edinburgh - Permanent - c.£28k A pretty unique tech start-up client in Edinburgh is further expanding their small marketing team, seeking out a marketing executive to join them at a busy time. Why are they unique This company’s product (and mission) is solely focused on building a safer society, a seemingly bold statement to make, but one which their existing client-base would attest to. The audience interested in this product aren’t necessarily easy to find either so the usual mass-marketing channels don’t apply here - it really is a role for those with an investigative nature. Intrigued Read on…It’s an atypical tech start-up in the pace sense - there always seems to be more to do than resource there is to do it - but you’ll be creating some of the marketing processes from the ground-up and, to drag the age old cliché out:You’ll be able to mould the role around you.Adapting press releases and writing your own copy/content, delivering these on a variety of different traditional and digital channels, Event planning & delivery both traditional (once we’ve seen the back of this pandemic!) and, in the short-term, digital via Zoom/Teams/Webex and content management of the website - in-fact, there’s a website overhaul project coming-up which you’d be able to pitch into - these are all part of the daily job.If you’re the kind of marketer who continually likes to develop, is keen on a wide-ranging role within a growing company, is able to use their investigative skills to work out the best approaches to this audience, and (ideally) have some design/content management abilities to boot - I’d like to speak to you.
