Job Description

Marketing Effectiveness ManagerEdinburgh (hybrid)Up to £75,000The Company:An established consultancy with the goal to help their clients grow their business through better marketing, by deploying data and a variety of analytics techniques and econometrics and AI marketing activation. They are a global brand with a head officein London and 10 offices globally. They work closely with some of the worlds biggest brands, from different industries covering retail to eCommerce. Their team of experts have skills across a wide range of markets and analytics.Most importantly they value their people above all and provide lots of opportunities to develop through their industry-leading learning and development program.The Role:

  • Building econometric models in R or Python to optimise both online and offline marketing.
  • Be responsible for heading up in-flight measurement business unit, managing clients projects and product development.
  • Set up attribution projects for clients and designing the analytical framework and overseeing the development and delivering solutions.
  • Manage and train the team and support the analysts in writing R script.
  • Lead and develop senior client relationships within key accounts providing strategic direction.
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong mathematical or statistical background.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling and being able to explain concepts and benefits to clients.
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platforms including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, or equivalent SQL tools.
  • The ability to interpret a clients requirements and deploy commercially relevant insight.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A team leader with good time management and a task-orientated mindset.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Packages particularly Excel.
