As a Manager you will be supported by an experienced leadership team who will provide you with everything you need to drive yourbusiness forward. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager who is hands on, you will be results focused and strategic, not only leading the team but running your own recruitment desk.This is warm/profitable desk with clients/roles to be worked on the minute you join our business.The role and skills required:You will demonstrate the ability to build long-lasting relationships, liaising with candidates and clients via telephone and skype. The International Finance team have a strong portfolio of clients, you will have live jobs to work on as soon as you walkthrough the door and as such the key to your success is candidate resourcing and stakeholder management. Whilst you will undertake business development activity this is not a fundamental part of this role.Not only will you be marketing the role and the company you will be an advocate for the country and the city. Your candidates are relocating and you need to provide them with the support they need in order to make that move, managing your candidates throughthe process.
