You will respond to changes in reporting requirements of the Development function through the designand implementation of new and additional reportsThis role would ideally suit someone with experience working within a housebuilder/developer in the private sector with knowledge of key indicators for sales and marketing including weekly reservations, sales prices, and marketing costs with the abilityto carry out comprehensive variance analysis and support the Head of Finance in the production of annual and ongoing business planning.This is a hybrid role whereby travel between Preston and Edinburgh will be required.
