Job Description

Maintenance Technician (Control Panels)Edinburgh£40,000 + Stepping to £42,000 after Probation + Progression + Training + Life insurance + Company BenefitsDo you have experience as a maintenance technician or engineer in a production or manufacturing environment, looking for a role where you will work with a down-to-earth and collaborative team that will allow you to enjoy your work life but also ensure yourwork-life balance is nothing but a priorityDo you want to work with a team of industry leading proffessionals that will provide you with all the tools and rescources to become the best in your fieldOn offer is the opportunity to work for a highly successful company in the Laundry sector who are renowned for treating its employees well. You will work alongside a full team of qualified engineers who will provide you with full training on various modernand traditional manufacturing machines.You will be responsible for finding electrical faults and mechanical repairs and will carry out reactive and preventative maintenance.The Role:

  • Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance
  • Preventative and Reactive Maintenance
  • Trouble shooting motor faults , replacing contractors and relays is a regular issue.
  • Basic/ general maintenance of conveyors, gears, pumps, motors and control panels
The Person:
  • Experience as a maintenance technician or similar
  • Experience troubleshooting motor faults, replacing contractors and relays
  • Worked with Electrical Control Panels
