Permanent Part Time, 23 hours per weekFresh Property Group are now looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to join us at Potterrow, our student accommodation in Edinburgh comprising 2 blocks of ensuite studios and shared apartments with up to 200 beds. Our Maintenance Technicians are criticalto the success of our buildings and the experience of our tenants. Reporting to the General Manager you will be a key part of the Accommodation Team delivering excellent customer focused service within the building ensuring our tenants receive a professionalmaintenance service.The Maintenance Technician will undertake minor reactive works such as electrical, plumbing and joinery along with planned works such as redecoration, grounds maintenance and waste management and will also play a key part in the periodic compliance testingof the installed systems.About YouWere looking for an individual who either has significant experience in a specialist trade, whether that be carpentry / joinery, plumbing, electrical or gas or who has experience in residential repairs and fit outs. Relevant trade and H&S qualificationsare desirable. Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain the highest levels of professionalism with customers, as this is a fast paced role.
