You will attend scheduled appointments to review customer concerns and completework to satisfy any issues they may have.Maintenance work that you will complete will be varied and may include, basic carpentry and plumbing, plastering, brickwork, paving, decorating and some roofing. You will be carrying out “general making good” work to a high standard to meet our customersexpectations and enhance our reputation.More about you You will have previous experience in a maintenance role with the key emphasis that you can offer a multi trade skill set, including dry-lining, decoration, tiling and carpentry. We are looking for someone who is organised and methodical, who would benefitfrom knowing their workload ahead of time but also someone with the ability to adapt to accommodate rapidly changing circumstances.
