Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber based withinAvailable shifts / Locations below:

  • Monday until Friday (5 days a week)
  • Postcode: EH16 4SA
  • 08:00-16:00PM
  • £20.73 including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
  • Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
Skills and experience required:
  • Must have at least 2 years previous experience
  • DBS Required
  • Required qualifications are an appropriately recognised Mechanical/Engineering apprenticeship
  • C&G, Scotvec (SVQ3), or equivalent, C&G 9730
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Must have a background in Domestic & Commercial Plumbing and Drainage, preferably with a recognised apprenticeship
  • Extensive and varied post apprenticeship experience in installation, service and maintenance is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of TMV’s and Legionella Control preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of the requirements of Scottish Health Technical Memoranda would be advantageous
  • City & Guilds, S/NVQ or equivalent qualification with a governing body such as SNIPEF
