We cater to three main client groups: frail elderly, dementia and acquired brain injury and we promotekey values of safety and wellbeing within the home.Salary: £14.83 per hour + overtime rates + benefitsHours: 37.5 hours per weekWhat about youJoining us your focus will be on keeping the building and grounds of this 47-bed care home safe and well maintained for the residents who live there. Support will be provided where applicable from appropriately skilled contractors.Your day-to-day role will see you managing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks. This will involve anything from using your keen attention to detail and competent IT skills to support the Home Manager from a compliance perspective, tousing your painting skills to ensure the rooms offer a homely environment for our residents.Your previous experience in a facilities role, combined with a good working knowledge of health and safety, mean that you are quick to spot when things don’t look quite right and take the appropriate action.A clean full UK driving licence is essential.With your previous experience in a similar role and your very own designated mentor, induction programme and ongoing training, youll make this role your own in no time.What’s in it for you
