Job Description

Maintenance person with electrical bias required for a permanent general maintenance and electrical repair job in Edinburgh.£35,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday pa, pension and additional benefits package.All applicants for this role must have the following:

  • Electrical maintenance and repair experience - THIS IS ESSENTIAL
  • General maintenance experience-basic plumbing, basic joinery, basic painting
  • 17th edition Certificate
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Edinburgh
Duties:
  • Planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work in a commercial building
  • Electrical repair and maintenance work for which you will need at least a 17th edition certificate
  • Basic plumbing, joinery and painting work
  • Edinburgh near Lochside in the EH12 area
