We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Handyperson to work at a commercial site in the Edinburgh area on a single site.This role is temporary to start immediate with the possibilty of a permanent role for the right candidate. Pay rate is £10.00ph PAYE + holiday pay, working Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm – 7.5 hours per day.Ideal candidate must be willing to work internally and externally and carry out a variety of tasks, ideally the successful individual will have a good general maintenance background including experience of grounds maintenance.As the maintenance / handyperson your duties will include but not limited to:Duties include - Show a willingness to work under own initiative and develop skills, however, must be a willing and eager Team member.To undertake General Maintenance internally and externally.Cleaning duties, both internally and externallyTo undertake Planned and Reactive Maintenance and carry out minor repairs internally and externally.Assist skilled trades when required.Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather, e.g. Snow clearing, gritting, flooding, high winds, etc.SafetyAttend all relevant training and safety briefsAdhere to company, client and regulatory safety rulesWork in a safe manner at all timesParticipate in safe culture practices and play active part in promoting good safety practicesIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
