Job Description

Machine Operators, Edinburgh, £9.45 to £11.25 per hour moving to £10.30 to £12.88 per hourTake the leap with our client and reap the rewards

    • We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators to work at our clients site in Granton, Edinburgh.What to expect as a Machine OperatorIts not just about operating a machine. Youll be manufacturing weaved wire filtration systems for a wide range of industries whilst ensuring the highest quality standards. This will involve machine set up & operation, fault finding and then tuning & adjusting machine settings accordingly, inspecting product for quality throughout process as well as lifting and handling heavy materials throughout your shift.The shifts you will work are as follows:
  • Day Shift 6am till 4pm and Back Shift 12pm till 10pm - Rotational
  • Working Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday

  • A solid work history
  • Previous experience or transferable skills within a manufacturing / production environment including machine set up / operation and quality control
  • A technical knowledge of fault finding and following manufacturing processes
  • Experience of working within a target driven environment.
