A truly rare M&A Executive job opportunity has just come onto the market in Edinburgh with one of our largest clients. No prior corporate finance experience is required. This is a chance for a newly qualified ACA / ACCA auditor / accountant to make their first transition into lead advisory M&A role.As an M&A Executive, you will work closely with the Directors and Partners on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You will learn the full deal cycle in this role and be given the opportunity to work towards running your own M&A deal process.The team advise and support public and private companies, owner managed businesses and private equity houses on mostly M&A mid-cap transactions. Your role as the M&A Executive will be to support the team in executing the deals by preparing reports, information memoranda and financial models using Excel.To be considered for the role, you must have the following experience and attributes:
