Zachary Daniels are partnering with a New Luxury Brand building their brand at a fast paced and on a global level. Due to the success of their first Showroom in London and the work down by their teams across the UK they are looking to expand and bring inLuxury Brand Ambassadors to join them.We are seeking a passionate, confident and commercially driven Luxury Sales Ambassadors or Sales Executive with experience managing client enquiries, building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers.This business-critical, remote role will support the London-based Showroom Team to manage regional customers through the Brands buying and ownership experience, providing a totally centric customer experience.Reporting into the Sales and Operations Manager you will be the focal point of the business for turning the brands innovative vision, and their drive to push the boundaries of whats possible in automotive retailing, into a reality every single day - ensuringan impeccable standard of customer service.You will solely be managing customers within your given region, working on managing leads and completing at- home test drives and product experiences.Overall Accountabilities as a Luxury Brand Ambassador:This is a varied, wide-ranging role, primarily you will be the face of the brand, speaking to clients face to face and over emails/calls. You will be provided with leads from the website or through your colleagues in the London showroom.
