Job Description

Zachary Daniels are partnering with a New Luxury Brand building their brand at a fast paced and on a global level. Due to the success of their first Showroom in London and the work down by their teams across the UK they are looking to expand and bring inLuxury Brand Ambassadors to join them.We are seeking a passionate, confident and commercially driven Luxury Sales Ambassadors or Sales Executive with experience managing client enquiries, building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers.This business-critical, remote role will support the London-based Showroom Team to manage regional customers through the Brands buying and ownership experience, providing a totally centric customer experience.Reporting into the Sales and Operations Manager you will be the focal point of the business for turning the brands innovative vision, and their drive to push the boundaries of whats possible in automotive retailing, into a reality every single day - ensuringan impeccable standard of customer service.You will solely be managing customers within your given region, working on managing leads and completing at- home test drives and product experiences.Overall Accountabilities as a Luxury Brand Ambassador:This is a varied, wide-ranging role, primarily you will be the face of the brand, speaking to clients face to face and over emails/calls. You will be provided with leads from the website or through your colleagues in the London showroom. Your role will beto follow up on these and manage leads to identify the clients needs, giving them the VIP personal service this business strives for.Brand Ambassador accountabilities:

  • Building your own client database, creating meaningful relationships, and providing a VIP experience for all clients.
  • Being a powerful brand advocate, providing in-depth, passionately delivered knowledge across all product types, history, heritage and future
  • Creating and maintaining a white glove consumer experience from the first interaction to aftercare and being a true personal assistant to customers.
  • Encouraging all leads to have a quality test drive
  • Generating sales in line with the brand guidelines - never taking a "hard sell" approach, but tailoring your approach to every individual.
  • Using your own charisma, passion, hobbies, and skills to bring the experience to life
  • Escalating customer queries as required, to ensure they receive the best possible resolution
  • Maintaining a full working knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure presentation standards are upheld and company assets protected
  • Championing the brand
Role requirements:
  • A customer-centric, skilled communicator with the ability to build trust, confidence and maintain relationships with clients.
  • UK driving license with no more than 6 points and no impending endorsements.
  • Receiving and keeping car(s) at your home during the day/overnight.
  • Travelling down to the London Showroom - twice a month
  • Flexibility to support test drive activities in other regions of the UK from time to time.
This is a brand new role created in our clients structure, we want someone who is focused, motivated and can enjoy managing their own diary, can work at home and can thrive. We can offer a basic salary of £28,000 plus an attractive OTE!BBBH22690
