Thank you for the warm welcome !"They have an opportunity for a Live in SupervisorTo manage the day-to-day operations of the live-in care service line of the business, including allocating resources and monitoring performance to ensure delivery of a high quality, safe and effective live-incare to customers within budget. To provide strong leadership so that all team members are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to conduct their roles safely and effectively.To be considered for this role you must have;Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role within the live-in care sectorExcellent communication skills. Ability to collaborate with a diverse team of care professionals to build positive working relationships with people who use services and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals
