Job Description

Lead Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Developer / Data Tools / SFDX / Financial Services / Permanent / Fully Remote / UK Residents / Financial ServicesPermanent£75K plus Excellent BenefitsTunbridge Wells - Fully Remote - UK Residents - Sponsorship Available for Current UK ResidentsI am working with a household name who are looking to hire a fully remote Lead Salesforce Developer on a permanent basis. This role is open to current UK residents who need Sponsorship but we are not open to talk to people outside of the UK presently.The client is growing during the pandemic and a superb place to work.Lead Salesforce Developer Specification:

  • Extensive previous IT development experience across a number of various technologies and disciplines with a proven expertise in at least one area
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies and infrastructure
  • Previous development experience with Salesforce
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1
  • Solid understanding of, and detailed experience with, Salesforce architecture and best practice
  • Strong knowledge of development lifecycles including waterfall and Agile.
  • Good knowledge of Financial Services markets and products (particularly Health Insurance)
  • Able to translate business requirements into detailed technical design
  • Ability to generate and evaluate work estimates
  • Good decision making skills
  • Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
  • Writing well-documented code in Apex, Triggers, Lightning and Lightning Web Components
  • Configuration and process automation such as Flows and Process builder
  • Integrating Salesforce with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
  • The complete Software Development Lifecycle including Release Management Testing, and Deployment
  • SFDX for development and automation
  • GIT version control
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and be self sufficient
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
  • Good understanding of current & target architecture
  • Highly organised and strong time management skills
