Are you an ambitious land & rural solicitor looking for a new challenge If so, I am working on a fantastic opportunity with a well renowned firm based in Edinburgh which is looking for an eager land & rural solicitor to join their highly respected Land and Rural Property team.This role will offer good quality work, the opportunity to be part of an inclusive and supportive team and a firm that is truly passionate about providing a first-class service.Your responsibilities will include a wide range of matters, including carrying out all aspects of conveyancing in respect of landed estates, farms, country and rural housing, development plots, forestry and crofts. As well as advising on agricultural leases and other forms of agricultural/rural property occupancy arrangements.You will also be responsible for providing clients with a high-quality service and maintaining positive client relationships.The successful candidate will be a personable solicitor and a solicitor who is genuinely passionate about delivering a first-class personal service to all clients. You will have sound communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
