  • Demonstrable success in securing multiple targeted land deals
  • Commercially savvyland value exposure and financial parameters for negotiating land deals
  • At least five years of industry experience, post-graduation
  • Chartered Surveyor statusor working towards it
  • A valid UK driving licence
Your Next RoleA lynchpin for getting land deals done, this role is built on identifying ownership of land comprising key surface and mineral materials and drafting heads of terms for various types of developments.Backing up this process is our Magpie system, a forward-planning modelling system designed by programmers and developed in-house. Furthermore, our highly experienced team of geologists will identify where the natural resources occur, whilst planning supportstaff will assess constraints.You pick up the baton to go in and land reference the site before completing the deal and get the drilling actioned. Your success will be the key to implementing our current long-term strategy youll be helping to create a truly sustainable future.Benefits and Perks
