Pertemps are currently supporting our industrial client with their search to add a Yard Operative / Labourer to their team based in Leith, Edinburgh on a Temp to Perm basis.Pay: £11 per hourHours: 40 hours per week // Monday to FridayBenefits: Flexibility with start/finish times as long as all work is completed within the week, full training provided to allow for your personal development and progression within the company.My client has extensive experience in the development and deployment of innovative access solutions for the offshore, engineering and construction industries. They have developed the V-Deck which is a time and cost saving underdeck access solution with a proventrack record of time and cost savings in a variety market sectors.The V-Deck replaces suspended scaffold for under deck work areas: Offshore Helidecks; Offshore Underdecks; Offshore Substations; Pipe Bridges; Pipe Racks; Bridges; Cranes; Conveyor Belts; Jetties and Wharves - which they ship internationally.The ideal applicant will be technically minded with the ambition to learn and progress on the job. Due to the nature of the business, it is essential for you to have a Driving Licence and be physically fit to be able to load and unload material and equipment.Previous experience is not essential. Our clients main requitements for adding employees to their business is to find the right person with the right attributes. Someone who is interested in what the business does, wants to be apart of the growth as the businessexpands, has the "want" to learn new skills which the client is more than happy to provide - covering the expense of training or courses.
