Whether your design experience is in kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, or conservatories, youll find their fantasticrange of products and truly market leading services (including finance and installation) help their customers create homes to be proud of.JOB ROLEYou will be responsible for driving sales and maximising customer conversions in the kitchen departments. You will be given full product training so previous experience is a preference but not essential.You must possess a passion for sales and driving revenue through providing excellent customer service.IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Youll probably have experience in a role such as Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales or recruitment, Car Sales
  • Great organisational capabilities and the ability to pay great attention to detail

THE ROLEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contributing to and driving showroom sales by effectively promoting service and developing relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and converting leads
  • Customer Service Champion ` putting the customer first` through a customer driven approach to sales
  • Confirm all details with customers and gain their sign off on Planner Sheets, Charters & contracts to ensure errors are minimised
  • Use the selling plan guidelines to establish payment method, to help offer the customer the right deal & close the sale
  • Carry out appointments professionally and with a focus on service and sales
