KDB Developer JP 10017Dublin 6 - 12-month initial contract Remote Work My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a KDB Developer to work in the Dublin based offices on an initial 6- 12-month contract with the possibility to extend the contract and eventually becoming permanent. This is great opportunity.The Central Risk Book (CRB) technology team support the CRB business in the Global Markets and Investment Banking Group. The team provides innovative solutions for low touch facilitation of client flow, hedging and smart position management.The CRB technology team is a global team with a strong presence in AMRS, EMEA and APAC. We aim to maintain a global perspective while recognising and responding to specific regional requirements that make each market unique. The EMEA Central Risk Book (CRB) technology team is a vibrant team of experienced developers, business analysts and QA experts working closely with the business and quants. The team supports an existing product set and due to a focus on this business area withinthe bank, is also building the next generation platform. The requirement is for a core reference data specialist developer. We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable team member with good communication skills and a drive to deliver reliable solutions. The candidate will work closely with the wider data specialistteam in AMRS as well as technology and Quant developers in EMEA working on systems that rely on an accurate and dependable reference data platform.It would be nice for Person to have exposure to Python/C++ technology.WHAT WILL I BE DOING (Responsibilities)Developer responsible for building and maintaining a data plant for the Central Risk initiative.
