Job Description

My client are a global software company, world leaders in their sector, with poducts deployed in more than 350,000 organisations. They have a commitment to science, sustainability, community, education, research, and positive change.We are currently looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to help ensure that we are using our back-office systems in the best way for the successful delivery of our projects. You would be focusing on continual improvement of our use of systems such as Kimble(a professional services automation application built on the Salesforce platform), Microsoft DevOps and Office 365 including Sharepoint. You would be working in our Professional Services Team, and our purpose is to help our customers to be successful withour technology.The role:Working for us as a Junior Systems Analyst your key responsibilities would be to:

  • Act as the System Owner and administrator for Kimble - Answering technical questions, testing, configuration, upgrades, reporting, dashboard and supporting continuous improvement
  • Advice and Guidance - share best practice on the use of our key systems including Kimble, Microsoft DevOps and Office 365 (including SharePoint).
  • Provide training - in key back office systems, delivered 1-1, as groups or remote through documentation and videos.
  • Capture and prioritise our business requirements - liaise with colleagues and capture business requirements, identifying how they can be delivered through our portfolio of back office systems.
  • Understand future roadmaps - Looking ahead at product roadmaps and how they could benefit our business
  • Collaborate - support the PMO team and initiatives as well as the wider Professional Services team and stakeholders.
