Job Description

Junior QA Software Tester Are you a recent or upcoming graduate Then FPSG have the perfect opportunity for you. Working in a varied and fast paced role, youll launch your career into the technology industry within a company that are truly transforming the way people organise theirfuture and are also making a meaningful product. You will get great exposure to testing and be able work alongside experienced engineering teams learning and understanding cutting edge technology.Roles Responsibilities This role will include working alongside the Senior QA tester to ensure that you are helping develop the testing processes and strategy. You will be a proficient problem solver and also have a drive for development quality.Other responsibilities will include:

  • Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Ensuring bug fixes are completed and solved before launching products.
  • Work extensively within the Microsoft Azure Devops.
  • Understanding the application under test and its context.
What youll needAs a fresh face to the technology industry, youll have a can do attitude and willingness to learn new things. Youll be a team player and be able to work alongside the Software Development team to learn and gather an understanding of how to help scope outrequirements and identify processes within a methodical approach.Other must haves
  • Ability to provide the team administrative support.
  • Good Understanding of Software QA processes and tools.
  • Have a passion for developing high quality software.
  • Ability to work under short notices to bring bug fixes into fruition.
  • Be a proficient problem solver.
