Junior Consultant - Financial Services. To c£22,000This leading Employee Benefits Consultancy is expanding rapidly and due to this is looking for a number of new staff to join various UK offices. Previous Employee Benefits experience would be useful, but not essential. The company is happy to extend flexiblehome working patterns and also to consider experienced candidates who require a condensed or flexible working schedule.This part of the business is responsible for advising corporate clients on all aspects of the insured benefits relating to Private Medical Insurance / Dental / Travel / Cash Plan / Health Screening & EAP.Duties:Providing administration and analytical support to consultants and clients to ensure schemes/ portfolios are administered in an accurate and timely manner for allocated clientsProviding quality administration support to clients with regard to the transactional elements of their scheme/ portfolio in line with the companys code of professional conduct.Assisting in the retention and development of existing clients and provide support in respect of new business/ clients to the teamObtain information from insurers/ providers to enable scheme/ portfolio analysis to be carried outComplete work for market review/ scheme/ portfolio renewal in line with clients requirements, collation and analysis of results in appropriate format and production of reports.Liaison with insurers/ providers to ensure delivery of data, revised terms and quotations in appropriate timescalesMonitor insurers/ providers performance on behalf of clients and challenge insurer at higher level to resolve any issuesAccurate completion and maintenance of Client Relationship Management databaseRenewal/review of client portfolio allocated including communicating with client and insurers/ providers, and internally with client team and other group businessesIdentify opportunities for client development in own and associated area of expertise and raise with consultant (or direct with client where applicable)Manage clients expectations with regards to legislative changes.Assisting consultants with budget planning and monitoring fees/commissionDealing with client and member queries (verbal and written)Ownership of delivery to assigned clients through planning and monitoring of all activity (portfolio planning)
