Job Description

IT Support Analyst Are you a recent graduate or junior IT enthusiast looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and growing company Fantastic IT Support Analyst position available to join a great working team and provide essential first-line support to an expanding organization.Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to internal employees.
  • Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line support and/or management when necessary.
  • Build and deploy new PCs/Laptops with secure network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DHCP and DNS client configuration issues.
  • Support wireless clients in a mixed corporate and visitor wireless environment.
  • Set up and deploy telephone handsets for new staff/tenants as part of telecoms service.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory 2012/16 environment, including user account management.
  • Familiarity with DHCP and DNS client configuration.
  • Experience in providing support for wireless clients in a corporate setting.
  • Basic understanding of telecoms support in a Voice Over IP telecoms environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with providing user support for Microsoft 365.
