Established and well respected Managed Service Provider in Edinburgh, with expanding client base, looking to recruit a new member to their professional IT Support Desk.Successful candidates will be joining a well established team as a 1st line support engineer, and will be delivering remote support to a wide range of clients. This is a busy and active department that delivers 1st class customer service and prides itself of technical delivery.You will be part of a larger support team with mentoring from the senior members of the team, and the opportunity to expand knowledge and responsibilities over time.You will have existing IT Support experience within a help desk environment, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant and recent experience under your belt. You may have recently completed a relevant Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support and looking to expandyour career.You will be knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office365 ecosystems and the Microsoft Windows desktop operating system. Some experience of Microsoft Server software would be desirable.Pay will be in line with technical skills and experience, but will be in the scale of £19,000 to £22,000. They are a learning organisation and you will have dedicated training time and every employee gets a wide range of paid training resources and a dedicated learning path.Corporate gym membership and private medical insurance are also included, as is a generous holiday allowance.
