Job Description

As a specialist provider ofresource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference developing a modern environment championing continual improvement.The purpose of the role will be to take a lead on the design of both IT and digital strategy, by innovating, influencing, and delivering solutions that both help staff work efficiently and customers with choice and digital engagement solutions. Your responsibilitieswill also include managing the performance of a small IT service; communicating, liaising with and coordinating internal teams and stakeholders in efficiencies and digital transformation by promoting a positive digital culture; managing and building relationshipswith key third party suppliers; overseeing and project managing application implementations and upgrades; managing budgets, procurement, licenses and IT assets; ensuring that change control is embedded in internal culture; creating a first-class digital experiencewhilst demonstrating value to the business and customers; represent IT at senior management meetings; data management; keeping abreast of new digital technologies and solutions; and develop policies, procedures and documentation.Must Have

  • Previous experience of leading Digital IT services, Digital Channels, or Solutions.
  • Experience of managing IT systems, both server and cloud based.
  • Operational/Service Delivery Management experience of digital channels and solutions.
  • Business Analysis experience in reviewing, refining, and documenting business processes
  • Project Management/Coordination experience covering project planning, delivery and team leading.
  • IT procurement and third-party supplier management experience.
  • Budget and line management
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft 365 technology experience (Such as Office365, Exchange Online/AD, SharePoint, Dynamics, Teams, Power BI, etc)
  • Previous commercial experience implementing and driving digital technologies and solutions.
  • Previous experience of the creating and implementation of customer engagement strategies and/or customer journeys
  • Knowledge of digital design strategies and/or innovation techniques
  • Experience working within a Social Housing environment with any housing-specific applications (Such as one of NEC/Northgate Housing, MRI Orchard Housing/Castleton Housing, Capita OPENHousing/ONE, Aareon QL, Civica Cx, MIS ActiveH, for example) and/or satelliteRepairs, Scheduling, Assets, CRM, or Finance applications.
  • Relevant certification, such as ITIL v3, PRINCE2, Microsoft and/or application specific accreditations.
