As a Business Analyst specialising in IT strategy implementation and data access and security governance, you will play a critical role in shaping our companys technology/digital roadmap while ensuring that data access and security is effectively managedand governed. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the IT team, operational service areas, and senior management, to help implement the current CrossReach IT strategies.The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.You will need a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field as well as proven experience in a similar role.
