Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are currently working with fast growing, diversified financial services business on appointing their new Investment Platform Specialist.The purpose of this role is to support Financial Advisers, clients and business partners delivering an industry leading level of technical support on products and to improve customer experience.Salary: up to £35,000 + BenefitsLocation: Hybrid to Edinburgh or DundeeKey Activities

  • Provide product technical support/guidance on all technical or complex client queries
  • Analyse industry practises and suggest improvements within the operational teams
  • Provide analysis and impact assessment relating to changes in regulations/legislation
  • Support Manager in the daily work allocation for the team
Skills and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in providing technical support on SIPP/DC/ISA/GIA/Trusts
  • Project and change skills
  • Experience from technically complex environments
