If youre passionate about providing top-notch customer service,possess a basic understanding of financial products, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!The salary for the Investment Platform Analyst is up to £30,000 and there is hybrid working availableAs a First Line Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in heorganisation.Your responsibilities will include:Being the first point of contact for queries and processes related to the investment platform.Executing regular operational processes to ensure the seamless functioning of our platform and deliver exceptional service to our users.Collaborating effectively with platform technology provider to maintain robust and efficient systems and processes.Reconciling cash payments to third parties to ensure accuracy and compliance.Running MI reports regularly to support data-driven decision-making.Proactively building and nurturing relationships within the organisation.Updating procedures to keep them current and efficient.Assisting colleagues in ensuring excellent customer outcomes through the use of the investment platform.Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed.To excel in this role, you should have:Prior experience in customer service or an operational role within the financial services sector.A basic understanding of financial products, such as ISAs and Pensions, and various asset types.Previous engagement with investment platforms used by IFAs (desirable).Familiarity with the financial planning journey (desirable).
