Meraki Talent are delighted to be engaged on the role of International Payroll Assistant based in Edinburgh with exceptional hybrid/flexible working paying £29,000 - £34,000 plus a really competitive benefits package.The CompanyThis highly commercial international business is constantly looking to evolve and expand. This has been achieved through its phenomenal leadershipteam’s approach to balancing employee welfare & well-being with business needs.The RoleThe role of International Payroll Assistant report directly to the Payroll Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Payroll. The department are on a transformation journey with a desire to make the payroll function world class and are looking to secure anindividual with a desire to be involved in high profile global continuous/process improvement projects alongside BAU requirements. The key components of the role will include:

  • Involvement in global high profile continuous/process improvement initiatives
  • Business partnering with international internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of European monthly payroll
  • Feeding into month and year-end close
  • End to end payroll reconciliations
  • Maintenance of company records & database
  • Periodic and ad-hoc reporting
On OfferThe role of International Payroll Assistant based around Edinburgh with exceptional flexible & hybrid working available as the employer is happy for the individual to be in the office 2-3 days a month - however, there is a strong office presence daily so thesuccessful applicant can also be in more frequently should this choose. The role will also offer:

Candidate ProfileWe are keen to engage with individuals that have 18-24 months practical payroll experience.
